These panelists are also available to participate in survey research. BASIC FUNCTION
The sales executive will sell the use of comScore’s survey panel to other market research suppliers who do not maintain their own panels. The Sales Manager will have a strong understanding of the market research ecosystem, including the major companies and smaller niche firms in the space. Prior experience selling on behalf of a supplier of survey respondents such as SSI, MarkeTools, Greenfield, etc. is strongly preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
• Research and develop a list of key market research companies that can benefit from partnering with comScore and utilizing our survey panel.
• Cultivate new relationships with companies and identify key decision makers. Set up in person meetings to discuss the value of comScore’s survey panel capabilities.
• Develop a strong understanding of target prospects’ business and demonstrate how the comScore survey panel can help them achieve their business goals
• Close business and look for other opportunities to partner with target clients
QUALIFICIATONS
• 3-5 years direct sales experience required. Experience selling on behalf of survey respondent companies such as SSI, MarketTools, Greenfield, etc. strongly preferred.
• A highly aggressive and innovative sales person with a history of success with new product offerings required
• A relentless work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile a must
• Strong understanding of panels and panel based market research required
• Experience working in sales role for market research provider a plus
• Established relationships and contacts within the industry a strong plus
