    • A highly aggressive, proven sales professional with a exceptional track record of success
    • 4 to 6 years direct sales experience required with experience selling to financial services companies a plus
    • Minimum of bachelor's degree and 5-8 years professional experience, or advanced degree and 4-7 years professional experience
    • A high intellect individual who combines analytical excellence, razor-sharp communication skills and an ability to build outstanding relationships
    • Strong understanding of market research and how information can be applied to help client’s to achieve their goals
    • A relentless work ethic and a desire to go the extra mile
    • Direct experience selling online market research and/or analysis based products is highly desirable
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledgeable about the Internet
    • Established relationships and contacts within the financial services industry a strong plus
    Must be a “rainmaker” with the desire to aggressively further business in an innovative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial and winning company

    BASIC FUNCTION
    This is an exciting, intellectually challenging opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion and skill for sales and an understanding of market research and its value to the financial services industry. As a Director within our financial services practice, you will utilize top notch sales skills to develop new client relationships. The Director will sell the comScore product line to Fortune 500 firms across the financial services sector. The Director will support the company's goals through a range of sales functions and will help drive comScore's explosive growth and industry leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our unique analysis and research services, leveraging comScore core capabilities to address clients' strategic and tactical marketing challenges, and ensuring that our current products and services meet the needs of clients in this dynamic vertical.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Utilize sales skills to develop and close deals with leaders in the financial services sector
    • Key responsibility will be identifying, pitching and closing new business. Leverage comScore’s products and services and personal sales skills to create new opportunities within prospect clients and set up in person meetings with key decision markers to discuss the value of the comScore product line
    • Identify and develop solid, strategic relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts and develop a strong understanding of the client’s business in order to demonstrate how the comScore product line can assist them to achieve their business goals
    • Work with internal teams such as product management and others to ensure that feedback from prospect clients is addressed and the products are meeting current client needs
