BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for leading the product direction and priorities and marketing strategy for Ad Metrix and Plan Metrix, two of comScore’s key syndicated products used for media planning, the Product Manager will identify and analyze critical business requirements for the relevant customer base, and develop and manage plans for products that will meet the needs of the specific market.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research, define and manage the launch of new products and features
• Seek out, compile and analyze user feedback
• Develop product roadmap, establish product priorities, and define business case for new and enhanced products
• Serve as “product expert” to clients and the “market expert” for the company
• Develop product positioning and key messages to be used in sales and marketing-related materials
• Develop and champion marketing programs that will drive product revenue
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field essential; MBA a plus
• 5+ years total work experience
• 3+ years of experience with online media planning tools
• Solid working knowledge of market research a plus
• Superior analytical and data management skills
• Excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal
• Ability to apply creative solutions toward solving problems
• Ability to manage a dynamic and intense workload and prioritize tasks
• Proven leadership ability and evidence of positively influencing cross-functional team members
• Must possess ability to work in a technology-based start up environment
• Very high energy/positive attitude
• Ability to interface with senior level members of company and partner/client organizations
