    Position Title: Campaign Manager, Advertising Group
    Location: Reston, VA

    As a Campaign Manager, you will lead the best quality execution of digital Ad Effectiveness studies. Working under the direction of the Ad Operations Manager, you will act as a liaison between the internal and client teams. Key tasks include driving the feasibility review, research tag implementation, and data review processes.

    Responsibilities
    • Gather and coordinate project-specific information necessary to run Ad Effectiveness studies
    • Take accountability and ownership of assigned projects, including troubleshooting and resolution
    • Assist with feasibility requests and sample checks
    • Participate in Client calls to discuss research tagging implementation
    • Distribute tagging scripts and appropriate documentation to clients
    • Monitor campaigns to validate ad delivery
    • Act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
    • Proactively communicate project status and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure best quality execution of Ad Effectiveness studies
    • Assist in review of deliverables prior to being sent to Client Service
    • Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Provide back-up for Ad Operations Manager‘s responsibilities when needed

    Requirements
    • Proven organizational skills
    • Bachelor’s degree (Arts, Social Sciences or Computing) with a strong aptitude toward technology and client service
    • Detail oriented
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to be a self-starter
    • High level of proficiency with MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel skills
    • 1-2 years Project Management experience
    • Digital Media Experience a plus
