Title: Senior Data Analyst, Media Solutions – Custom Analytics
Reports To: Senior Manager, Custom Analytics

What it is:
Senior Analyst role for proficient and dedicated person with experience in analysis of consumer data and/or large data sets with a focus on creation and automation of statistical models. Analysts will extract, manipulate, and analyze data in order to provide reports and findings for various custom projects.
How you fit into the company structure:
• Support the Sales and Client Service teams by producing high-end ad-hoc analyses to support sales initiatives, within SQL Server and Excel.
• Extract, transform and analyze data from corporate warehouse, then generate final reports and key findings on problems that don’t always have a clear solution.
• Provide guidance to team members and concurrently manage multiple projects at different stages of the project life cycle.
• Will be required to interact directly with internal and external clients.
• Implement efficient and repeatable processes for producing ad-hoc analyses.
• Will have a good understanding of the market, methodology, and technology that make up each of the products in the product suite.
• Recognize data issues and work efficiently with other internal departments to get problems resolved and implement future safeguards.
Skills that we’ll need you to have include:
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject such as Statistics, Engineering, Economics, etc. and at least 2 years professional experience
• Experience in leading or managing a project team (up to 5 people) is preferred.
• SQL (SQL Server preferred) experience plus proficiency with numbers/statistics is a must.
• Strong analytic skills that include analysis design and execution, with large data sets.
• Knowledge of relational databases and methods for efficiently retrieving data from them.
• Experience in data analysis and problem solving with large amounts of data
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast paced business environment.
• Experience with panel data and/or Internet behavior data and how the Internet works.
