    Job Title: Survey Research Analyst

    Location: Chicago, IL

    Reports To: Research Manager

    Basic Function:
    The Research Analyst will play a key role in supporting a Research Director and Manager in an account group. The Analyst will assist in every step of the research process including survey development, project set up, field monitoring, and data analysis. The Analyst will also help to deliver strategic consulting services in the implementation of comScore deliverables.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Build knowledge regarding market research by engaging in a wide range of project assignments for a variety of online quantitative and qualitative studies such as: assisting with questionnaire development, performing verification/checking of data and online survey links, analyzing data, participating in client communications, and drafting report shells, report plans and project outlines.
    • Perform data verification for client deliverables.
    • Participate in various other assignments such as assisting with the technical aspects of project coordination and the recruitment/ set-up process for online focus groups.
    • Participate in cross-functional training with departments such as Survey Operations, Product Management, and Panel Operations.
    • Develop the necessary skills to lead individual projects which support Company objectives and continuous improvement.
    • Support other associated tasks and duties which may be identified and assigned by management.
