ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manager of CMS Product Operations within the Ecommerce Products group will support team and organizational goals by providing industry knowledge, analytical thinking, and solid leadership. Working as part of the Custom Analytics department within the company, this individual will work hands-on with the panel-collected data to maintain data quality and analyze data trends. Core responsibilities of this position include:
Effectively understanding the business issues and data challenges of both internal and external clients as well as the industry as a whole.
Successfully coordinating between multiple internal teams to create and fully realize a new product or suite of reports.
Leading the effort to implement an enterprise data scraping solution and create enhanced QA Systems/Processes.
Leading a team of product data analysts both in day-to-day activities as well as in their professional growth.
Providing and/or coordinating product support and expertise to internal clients.
Additional responsibilities include leading weekly and bi-weekly product meetings, ensuring all deliveries remain on schedule and free of errors, and aiding in ad-hoc projects and requests where necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a bachelors degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
Industry knowledge of the Online Ecommerce Industry (Retail, Travel, P2P & Wireless).
Previous management experience.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Intermediate to strong SQL skills.
Strong communication skills.
Flexible and able to work fast under tight deadlines with demanding quality requirements.
Statistical knowledge a plus but not required.
