    BASIC FUNCTION: The Director of Business Development will support the company's goals through a range of business development functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing revenue-generating strategic partnerships within the online advertising ecosystem, including the establishment of re-seller agreements with different organizations including ad servers, networks, exchanges, and buy- and sell-side platforms. A component of the Business Development Director’s compensation will be based on the incremental revenue generated through these re-sellers.

    This Business Development Director will:

    • Develop a strong understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, identify strategic partnership opportunities that can further comScore’s business objectives, and demonstrate to potential partners how a strategic relationship with comScore can help them achieve their business goals
    • Uncover and understand unique, unmet business needs and challenges of these segments; contribute to the design and development of new offerings or integration approaches to meet the needs of these companies
    • Identify and close partner relationships that will drive sales of comScore Ad Effx and other relevant product lines within a defined set of industry segments
    • Identify and close partner relationships that will enhance comScore’s product offering and/or extend the distribution and availability of comScore’s industry-leading audience measurement and media planning services

    QUALIFICATIONS:
