comScore is seeking a self-motivated Database Developer for a full time position in our Chicago, IL office. This position will allow you the flexibility to develop and expand on your current skill set. You will be exposed to cutting edge designs and advanced business intelligence concepts. This position will support the fast-growing comScore syndicated services.
It includes the development of SSIS packages, creating complex T-SQL, OLAP concepts and report design. While most shops have you doing “busy work” or working on smaller projects, this will give you exposure to data that is in TERABYTES.
What you’ll do in this role:
• Work with end users to define, implement, and maintain their reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain complex SSIS packages.
• Collaborate with web developers on the backend design and development to support the applications. Ensure queries are optimized, tables are correctly indexed, and data is accurate.
