BASIC FUNCTION:
This function plays a key role in comScore’s European expansion strategy and with the support of an analyst this person will be responding to client information and analytic requests that come from a specific set of comScore Europe’s diverse customer-base. As a Client Service Analyst, you will be answering questions, coordinating training, running reports and preparing analyses. The goal of this role is to deliver superior client service to increase customer satisfaction and usage of comScore products and services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Be an expert in comScore Europe’s diverse product offering and how clients can use our data to achieve their business goals
• Understand your clients business and information needs
• Be responsive, informative and sensitive to client inquiries
• Collect client feedback on comScore products and services and provide that feedback to Commercial Director and Product Management
• The key performance metrics are customer satisfaction, renewal rates and data utilization rates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Languages, Business, Economics, Media/Marketing Research or any other discipline
• Excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal
• Proven proficiency with numbers/statistics and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• 0-1 year of work experience - preferably but not necessarily - in media sales, media/marketing research or web analytics and rough knowledge of online and media markets
• Proven ability to independently manage and develop ongoing client relationships
• Experience determining customer requirements and coordinating with product development is a plus
• Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively with peers in a team-oriented and friendly structure
